Arthritis Relief & Vascular Centers

Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of arvcenters.com and the forms, guides, appointment requests, emails, and text messages that run through it. Using the site or submitting a form on it means you accept them. They are written in plain English, the same way we write everything else, and they sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes what we do with the information you give us.

Arthritis Relief & Vascular Centers (“ARVC,” “we,” “us”) is an interventional radiology practice at 3212 Napier Park, San Antonio, TX 78231, reachable at (210) 405-1335 and info@arvcenters.com.

This site is education, not medical advice

Everything here — the condition pages, the patient guides, the blog, the videos — is general information about what we treat and how. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation for you specifically, and reading it does not make you our patient. A physician-patient relationship begins when you are seen in our office. Decisions about your care belong in a consultation, with your imaging and your history in front of us. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 — do not use this website and do not text us.

Appointment requests and forms

Scheduling a consultation through the site books a real slot on our calendar, and you will get a confirmation. Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a diagnosis or a promise of treatment; whether a procedure makes sense for you is settled at the visit. Please keep website forms to contact details — they are not a patient portal, and detailed medical history belongs in the office, not in a web form.

Give us information that is accurate and yours to give. Do not submit someone else’s phone number or email address, and do not use the site to interfere with it, scrape it, or submit automated entries.

Text messages (SMS)

When you check the consent box on one of our forms, or give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, you are opting in to text messages from ARVC. Here is exactly what that means.

Some of our calls and texts are sent using automated systems. Consenting to them is your choice, and you can withdraw it at any time by the methods above.

Email

If you request a guide or opt in to patient-education email, we will send it, plus occasional related email from the practice. Every one of those carries an unsubscribe link, unsubscribing takes one click, and we act on it promptly. Appointment confirmations and other messages about care you have already scheduled are transactional — unsubscribing from marketing email does not switch those off, and replying STOP to texts or calling the office does.

Guides, vouchers, and promotional offers

Patient guides are free, and the only thing you pay for them is your email address. When we offer a voucher or a promotional price, the terms that matter are stated on the offer itself: what it covers, what it is worth, when it expires. Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, are not redeemable for anything other than the service named, and are not a substitute for insurance coverage. We honor offers as written; if an offer has expired we will tell you what is available instead.

Insurance, costs, and results

We verify your benefits when you come in, and what your plan covers is between you and your plan — quotes and estimates on this site are not a guarantee of coverage or of a final price. Outcomes described on this site come from the published studies we cite and from our own patients. Medicine does not come with guarantees: results vary with the patient, the condition, and the anatomy, and nothing here promises a particular result for you.

Patient stories and reviews

Testimonials, reviews, and before-and-after stories on this site are the experience of the individual patient who gave them. They are shared with permission, they are not paid for, and they are not edited to change their meaning. They describe one person’s result, which is not a prediction of yours.

Our content

The text, images, video, and design on this site belong to ARVC or to the people we licensed them from. You are welcome to read them, print them, and share the link. Republishing them, selling them, or passing them off as your own is not permitted without our written permission. Our name and logo are ours.

Other websites

We link to other sites — medical societies, journals, our scheduling platform, our maps. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s site, under their terms and their privacy policy, and we do not control what they do.

Availability and liability

We keep the site running and the information current, and we make no warranty that it will always be available, error-free, or complete. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, ARVC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, its content, or the messages sent through it. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for the medical care we provide to you as a patient — that is governed by law and by the standard of care, not by a website notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts in Bexar County, Texas.

Changes

If we change these terms, the updated version is posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
