No referral needed from another doctor — call us directly at 210-405-1335, or book online.
For anyone whose first question is “will my insurance cover this?”
We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, and we’re in-network with most of them. Before any procedure we run a complimentary benefits check — usually with answers for you on the day of your consultation. And if your plan doesn’t cover what you need, we’ll show you the options.
How it works here
No referral needed from another doctor — call us directly at 210-405-1335, or book online.
Once your consultation is booked, our team checks your specific plan — at no cost to you, and before you ever come in. Usually we have your benefits for the treatment you’re interested in ready on the day of your consultation. We also check whether your plan requires a referral or prior authorization for treatment itself, and help you get it if it does.
You’ll know where your plan stands before you commit to anything — and if your plan doesn’t cover the procedure, or leaves you with more than you can pay at once, we’ll walk you through the payment options below. No surprises.
Plans we accept
Accepted, including Medicare Advantage plans. Medicare covers almost everything we do.
Accepted, and a covered benefit for most of our procedures. The benefits check confirms it for your specific plan.
Plans we see most often
Don’t see your plan? Call anyway. This is the short list, not the whole list — we accept most plans. And being on this list isn’t the same as knowing what your plan covers for your procedure — that’s exactly what the complimentary benefits check is for. Call 210-405-1335 to book a consultation, and we’ll have your benefits ready when you come in.
What we treat
Insurance covers almost everything on this list. Which plan covers what is a question the complimentary benefits check answers for your plan specifically — so rather than guess here, here’s simply what we do.
Paying for your care
We offer financing for patients who don’t have coverage for a particular procedure — and for patients who do have coverage, but face a higher deductible or coinsurance than they can pay all at once. Either way, here are the ways to spread it out.
Fixed monthly payments instead of one bill. You apply directly with Affirm and see your terms before you commit to anything — no surprises there either.
Accepted here and at many other practices. Apply once, then use it for treatment your plan won’t cover — or for the deductible and coinsurance it leaves you.
Prefer to work it out with us directly? We offer payment arrangements through the practice — no third party. Ask our team what we can set up for your situation.
Affirm and CareCredit are independent lenders. Applications, approval, and terms are handled by them, not by our office — we simply accept them as payment. Affirm and CareCredit are trademarks of their respective owners.

Usually on the day of your consultation. Once your visit is booked we run a complimentary benefits check, so in most cases we can tell you your benefits for the treatment you’re interested in while you’re still in the office.
Not for your initial consultation — call us directly. If your plan requires a referral or prior authorization for treatment itself, we’ll identify that during the benefits check and help you get it.
Then you’ll know that before any procedure — not after. We’ll tell you transparently where your plan stands, and we offer financing through Affirm and CareCredit as well as in-house payment arrangements. The decision stays yours.
Yes — and not only for procedures insurance won’t cover. We offer Affirm and CareCredit, plus payment arrangements directly through the practice, for patients without coverage and for patients whose deductible or coinsurance is more than they can pay at once.
